THD TM technique is a minimally invasive surgical option for the treatment of symptomatic haemorrhoids. However, it is often believed that this option can only be used for early stages of haemorrhoidal disease and it is not suitable to more advanced stages with larger haemorrhoid. Mr Giordano and his group demonstrated this technique to be very effective for the treatment of advanced haemorrhoids with a success rate reaching over 90%.
